Job Description

Lead a dynamic Inside Sales Team based in Sydney. Your role is pivotal in driving sales performance, mentoring talent, and streamlining the sales process to ensure outstanding results.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor the inside sales team in cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Develop and coach team members to transition into external sales roles.
  • Oversee performance and workflows using Salesforce CRM.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently.
  • Drive KPIs for qualified appointment setting.
  • Manage outsourced lead generation and distribution.

  • B2B Sales Experience: Background in printer, copier, Managed Services - MSP or IT industries preferred.

  • Account Management Skills: Ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
