A key role has become available within our organisation for a highly skilled Maintenance Professional who will be responsible for overseeing and supporting maintenance activities across our fleet.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to utilise your expertise in planning, coordinating and executing maintenance work lists, ensuring safe delivery to scope, schedule and budget. As part of this team, you will be accountable for monitoring and reporting on project progress, adhering to schedules and financial performance.

  • Develop and execute detailed maintenance plans, taking into account factors such as safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure all work meets required quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to source materials and services efficiently.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing timely updates on project progress and adapting to changing priorities.
Essential Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • A solid understanding of maintenance practices, including risk assessments, confined spaces, working at heights and working with energised systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • The ability to generate clear, concise reports and present findings to various audiences.
