Job Overview

This role presents an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and create unforgettable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote various travel packages, flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and insurance products.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers through face-to-face and online interactions, managing new inquiries, quotes, itineraries, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Facilitate domestic and international travel bookings and payments between travelers and suppliers using Amadeus GDS.
  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings by offering travel products and upgrades.
  • Manage travel credits, refunds, and changes.
  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Attend industry events, supplier meetings, and product launches.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate 3 in Travel or higher.
  • Experience working with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Passion for the travel industry and personal travel experience.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage workload, set goals, and meet sales targets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent personal presentation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
