Position Overview:
Our client, a prominent entity in property management, is in search of a proficient Portfolio Manager to oversee their health-oriented properties. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, adherence to regulations, and strategic growth of a varied portfolio, delivering comprehensive property management solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Guarantee compliance with statutory requirements, uphold exceptional presentation standards, and provide accurate reporting.
  • Acquisitions and Dispositions: Manage seamless transitions and supervise documentation processes.
  • Tenant Relations: Handle tenant communications, authorize payment arrangements, and address escalated concerns.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain effective risk management protocols.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, address complaints, and communicate effectively.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor profit and loss statements, approve work orders, and manage financial budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct team meetings, provide mentorship, evaluate performance, and encourage professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Project Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial property/building sector, ideally with a focus on health-related assets.
  • Possession of a Certificate of Registration (Agent's Representative) and a valid Driver's License.
  • Experience in managing portfolios and teams.
  • Strong analytical, report writing, and communication capabilities.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and workplace health and safety in facility management.
