About the Role:
As a Property Portfolio Manager at People Group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties with end-to-end responsibilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly. This includes overseeing properties within a 10km radius from our office, with a portfolio size capped at around 150 properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and running smoothly.
- Oversee properties within a 10km radius from our office, with a portfolio size capped at around 150 properties.
- Handle all aspects of property management, with routine inspections outsourced.
- Benefit from a totally electronic office setup, with bills such as BCC rates, water, and body corp levies handled by the trust account manager.
- Work within a highly experienced team of 4-5 other Property Portfolio Managers, supported by a brilliant full-time PM administrator.
