Job Title: Early Morning Operations Leader

The AM Shift Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse. This position is responsible for leading daily activities, managing resources, and driving performance to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all team members by implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, wrapping, replenishment, and loading operations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement resource allocation plans to maximize productivity and meet client KPIs.
  • Facilitate strong communication across shifts and departments to promote collaboration and teamwork.
  • Lead and supervise warehouse teams, including agency staff, to achieve high performance standards.
  • Engage in proactive performance management and team development to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role, preferably in FMCG or high-volume logistics.
  • Able to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on performance and culture.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, Chain of Responsibility, and compliance frameworks.
  • Effective communication skills with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
