We are currently seeking passionate individuals for the following positions:

Assistant Director & Lead Educator– Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

Whether you are beginning your journey or stepping into a leadership role, we invite dedicated, reflective, and nurturing professionals to become part of our supportive and values driven team.

As a Childcare Educator, you will:

Create nurturing, developmentally appropriate experiences for children aged 2–5

Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families

Support program planning and contribute your ideas to curriculum development aligned with EYLF (V2.0) and NQF

Learn and grow through ongoing training and hands on support

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

Valid Working with Children Check (NSW)

Current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and CPR

Current NSW Child Protection Training

Understanding of EYLF (V2.0), NQF, and NQS

Effective communication skills and team spirit and a willingness to take initiative, contributing to team driven service

Experience in curriculum planning and assessment

Previous work in an approved early childhood service

Position 2: Room Leader (Diploma Qualified or working towards)

As Room Leader, you will:

Lead a team to plan and deliver a high impact program for children aged 2–5

Document children's learning through observations and assessments

Mentor fellow educators and foster a collaborative team culture

Create dynamic environments that reflect children's interests and diversity

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved) or working towards

Experience in an educator leadership role (preferred)

Strong knowledge of EYLF (V2.0), NQF, and NQS

Excellent communication and programming skills

Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications

Current NSW Child Protection Training

This dual role involves both on the floor leadership and operational support. You'll:

Lead educational programs as Room Leader and mentor junior educators

Support the Director with daily operations, rostering, compliance, and staffing

Assist with QIP, Self-Assessment Tool, and Assessment & Rating preparation

Build relationships with families and foster community connections

Champion inclusive practice and live our centre values

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved or working towards)

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Room Leader (preferred)

Proven ability to lead and support centre operations

Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis certification

Strong organisational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
