Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer experiences across our venues.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic hospitality business and take on a leadership role in driving the success of our operations.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with experience in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of hospitality professionals
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of venue operations
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Australian RSA license and relevant state-based qualifications (e.g., manager's license)
