Job Title: Guest Services Manager on Duty

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Guest Services Manager to oversee all property operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and seamless guest experiences. As Manager on Duty, you will be responsible for resolving guest-related issues, leading front office teams, and implementing projects to enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to duties as property Manager on Duty, overseeing all property operations
  • Represent property management in resolving any guest related situation
  • Lead Front Office Teams, maintaining high standards of hospitality and service
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Implement Projects and Policies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Daily operations experience in a hotel environment
  • Current WA RSA certification is essential
  • Current Drivers Licence, manual preferred
  • Hospitality experience, with strong leadership skills and excellent people skills
