Nightfill Operations Manager Role

As a Nightfill Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the night-fill department to ensure efficient operations and achieve business objectives.

This role requires flexibility with evening working hours and direct leadership experience as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control requirements.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritises team members' health, safety and wellbeing.
  • Delivering exceptional store presentation during evening and night trade.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, customer-focused and have excellent communication skills.
