We seek a highly skilled MPS SNP Planner to join our team. As an MPS SNP Planner, you'll drive long-term production planning for our factory, providing 18+ months' visibility on capacity, labour, and material requirements.
You'll develop manufacturing scenarios for decision-making beyond the +2-year horizon and serve as the main contact for export and alternative supply models, including business continuity planning (BCP).
Additionally, you'll efficiently manage the supply network for your assigned area, ensuring customer service objectives are met while maintaining optimal stock cover and cost optimization.
This is an 18-month contract opportunity based in Rhodes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visibility on future supply issues and constraints.
- Support decision-making with simulated alternative supply scenarios.
- Lead monthly MPR Forum to review production cycles, capacity, and constraints.
- React to changes in supply and demand to minimize risks and protect plant performance.
- Contribute to ITL Process for capacity feasibility and production prioritization.
- Analyse and communicate supply issue and impacts to demand and senior management.
- Lead AVC Process for labour and budget planning based on MPS capacity and priorities.
- Engage with peer planners and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Achieve sustainable customer order fulfillment levels within working capital objectives.
- Manage daily supply execution, exceptions, and inventory management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in production planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in using advanced planning and scheduling software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
- Ability to create and manage long-term production plans and scenarios.
- Knowledge of capacity planning and optimisation techniques.
- Experience in managing and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, such as suppliers, production teams, and logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and techniques.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
