Lead Luxury Villa Construction

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the construction of luxury villas in a country club setting.

  • A team of contractors, labourers, and plant operators
  • Scheduling and coordination using onsite management software

Your goal is to ensure each contractor is ready, scheduled, and productive. If you're managing the flow right, your trades should move seamlessly from one house to the next.

About the Role

This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where experience is essential. As a volume residential builder, we deliver homes within 12–16 weeks.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Trade qualification – preferably in carpentry
  • Proven background in production/volume residential construction (essential)
  • Confident in using construction management software
  • Solid understanding of OH&S requirements
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and problem-solve on the go
  • A valid driver's licence
