
Clinical Occupational Therapy Career

This is an entry-level occupational therapist graduate program designed to support recent graduates in developing their clinical expertise across the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and community settings.
As an occupational therapist in this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients aged 6-65 years with various conditions, including neurological disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and psychosocial needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop impactful therapy plans in various environments, from client homes to day centers, parks, and clinic rooms.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create innovative solutions for clients.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and witness the long-term impact of your work.

Our comprehensive induction session includes introductions to community practice, the NDIS, and life at our organization.
- Guidance and Support: Colleagues who provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Discipline-Specific Supervision: One-on-one supervision to navigate all aspects of working with us and your caseload.
- Ongoing Training and Development: Six months of induction, training, and upskilling.
- Study Leave: Four full days of paid study leave per calendar year.
