Senior Health Manager Opportunity

The Role

  • Lead the clinical direction of our health service, overseeing strategic management of all clinical matters.
  • Direct and manage the development of clinical governance and patient safety programs to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with medical directors and other stakeholders to drive best practice and contemporary standards in clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines, policies, protocols, standards, and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and support for staff to deliver safe and effective clinical care.
  • Maintain a culture of continuous quality improvement through review and development of new initiatives and techniques.

What You Need

  • Substantial expertise and experience in healthcare administration, ambulance service operations, and educational principles.
  • Highly developed strategic management skills, including conceptual, analytical, and creative abilities.
  • Proven organizational skills and experience in reviewing and developing quality improvement initiatives and techniques.

Eligibility

  • Holds a Bachelor of Paramedic Science or equivalent qualification, with relevant work experience and an additional qualification in management.
  • Current Driver's Licence and AHPRA registration (if applicable).
