We are a charity delivering vital health services to rural and remote communities across Victoria and New South Wales.
Our Mobile Patient Care division provides high-quality non-emergency patient transport by road and air, linking patients with healthcare services in their local community.
Job DescriptionAs a Registered Paramedic you will provide compassionate, patient-centred care across a range of acuity levels, ensuring clinical interventions are safe, effective and aligned with our policies.
You will communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and healthcare teams to support safe, timely patient transport and accurate handovers.
Leading by example, you will mentor junior staff and maintain professional registration and competencies through ongoing education and accreditation.
Upholding safety and infection control standards, you will ensure vehicles and equipment are ready and work practices meet regulatory and organisational requirements.
You will contribute to continuous improvement, using resources efficiently, participating in quality assurance activities and promoting incident reporting for service enhancement.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- AHPRA Registration in Paramedicine;
- a valid New South Wales Driver's Licence;
- availability for a variety of day and afternoon shifts 7 days a week;
