Production Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities across manufacturing, storage, and distribution ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

You will also mentor and support operators, optimize processes, and engage with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture admixture products according to specifications, standards, and Quality Control (QC) guidelines.
  • Accurately process work orders, inspections, and test records.
  • Operate forklifts and handle Dangerous Goods safely.
  • Maintain accurate SAP records for manufacturing and warehousing activities.
  • Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a tidy, compliant work environment.
  • Ensure equipment calibration, tank cleaning, and sample testing are completed as required.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or operations role, preferably in chemical or construction manufacturing.
  • SAP or warehouse management system experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dangerous Goods storage and handling.
  • Ability to learn technology or computer systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety.
  • Ability to carry 25kg bags and walk up and down stairs consistently throughout the day.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
