We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and handling calls from a diverse customer base, creating a memorable experience for clients and their customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* Receive and handle calls from a diverse customer base* Create a memorable experience for clients and their customers* Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries* Provide a high level of personalised customer service* Manage client relationships and correspondence* Work varying programs and Client portal's at any one time* Complete submission of client reports and quotations* Issue residential and commercial building contracts to customers, including processing and review of returned signed contracts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong customer experience background* Prior experience in an office based role* Confident and professional phone manner* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI's* Strong computer literacy* Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service* Background in a call centre environment advantageous, however not essential* Previous experience in the insurance or construction industry advantageous, however not essential
