We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill our entry-level administration position.
This is a dynamic and multi-skilled role where no two days are the same. You'll be trained in all aspects of office operations, with a strong focus on customer service and dispatch coordination.
About the Role- Preparing invoices in accounting software
- Handling dispatch processes, including preparing and creating consignment notes
- Responding to customer enquiries (phone & email)
- Coordinating with couriers and transport providers
- Preparing and following up on customer quotes
- Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A willingness to learn and grow with the business
- No prior experience required – full training provided
