The Role:
  • Lead a dynamic team of Educators and foster an environment that prioritizes continuous improvement
  • Mentor and inspire your team on setting goals and objectives aligned with our strategic vision
  • Manage and guide your team, facilitate training sessions and team meetings

As the top athletic coach, you will be instrumental in building local community connections, developing your team, and driving brand growth. You will have opportunities to establish relationships with local athletes and thought leaders who share our passion and values.

We are looking for someone who is adaptable, strategic, resilient, and possesses a strong understanding of business fundamentals. You should also be an avid athlete, passionate about fitness, and committed to personal growth.
