At our organization, we're a leading importer and distributor of medical equipment in Australia. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality medical devices and healthcare solutions to providers and patients across the country.

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and sales team. This includes responding to client inquiries, upholding a standard of excellence in customer interactions, collaborating with internal departments, and assuming responsibility for issue resolution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Client Services Executive to join our operations team based in Mount Kuring-Gai on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in Customer Service and/or Administration.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to demonstrate exceptional communication capabilities, effective time management, and a proven ability to meet pressing deadlines and juggle multiple tasks. A proactive and positive approach to tasks is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and sales team
  • Respond to client inquiries and uphold a standard of excellence in customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments and assume responsibility for issue resolution
  • Meet pressing deadlines and juggle multiple tasks while demonstrating a proactive and positive approach

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in Customer Service and/or Administration. Key qualifications include:

  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
