We are seeking a highly skilled Design Services Coordinator to join our team at Stockland. As a key member of our community, you will play a critical role in ensuring a consistent, high-quality feel for our residential communities.

Your primary responsibility will be to review and approve/decline house designs/plans, communicating clearly with customers and builders. You will work closely with development managers to maintain design guidelines, manage customer and builder enquiries, and recommend strategies to encourage community standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and approving/declining house designs/plans

About You

We are looking for a candidate with relevant industry experience, preferably in residential development or home building. You should have a strong understanding of building plans and guidelines, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. A background in customer service or sales is also beneficial.

As a Design Services Coordinator, you will be working in a fast-paced technical environment, collaborating with internal colleagues and external stakeholders. You will have the flexibility to work between our head office, site office, and home, with the opportunity to develop your skills and career in a dynamic and inclusive culture.
