Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician, specifically a fully qualified Plumber, to carry out service operations on our innovative boiling and chilled water systems. In this role, you will excel in customer service, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. Your professionalism and organizational skills will be essential as you navigate various challenging environments while contributing to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Service Technician, your duties will include:
- Conducting installation, maintenance, and repair of water units.
- Utilizing excellent diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Managing time effectively to ensure timely service delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Full trade qualifications as a Plumber.
- Experience in servicing and maintaining related equipment, such as coffee machines or water systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and fault-finding skills.
- A valid driver's license and eligibility for security clearance.
- Residency in Australia.
