The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ever-evolving fashion and entertainment landscapes, with a proven track record in career development and talent representation. A strong network of industry contacts and superior negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored career strategies for models to ensure their long-term success
  • Maintain key relationships with brands, agencies, photographers, and casting directors
  • Manage bookings and coordinate seamless interactions between talent and clients
  • Negotiate on behalf of represented models to safeguard their interests

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in talent management or fashion and entertainment industries
  • Proven track record in career development and talent representation
