We are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team.
This is a full-time position that requires you to be an integral member of our highly regarded Parts team.
As a Parts Interpreter, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer requests and taking sales and quotation enquiries as required.
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients and canvassing prospective new business.
- Ensuring daily orders are placed on time and monitoring inward and outward freight arrangements.
- Controlling and reconciling cash sales daily and assisting in managing the department inventory and risk mitigation reports.
- Providing regular reporting of sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
