About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients to enhance their wellbeing and quality of life
  • Deliver care and support services in a community-based setting, working independently and as part of a team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum of Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support or Home and Community Care or Cert IV Disability, Bach/Dip of Nursing or completed first-year study towards it
  • Current minimum Level 2 First Aid Certificate
  • Own roadworthy vehicle and valid Australian Drivers' Licence
  • Valid car insurance - comprehensive or minimum 3rd party
  • Good verbal and written communication and basic computer skills required
  • At least two doses of the COVID-19 Vaccinations
  • Medication endorsed will be highly regarded
