About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to ensure customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with shopping and other errands.
  • Provide social support and companionship to customers, including engaging in activities and conversations.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure customers receive comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide high-quality care and support to customers with varying needs and abilities.
