Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Devonport, TAS. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Manage medication and assist with mobility and therapy goals
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Transport clients to appointments
