Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Officer to join our team.

Role Description

This role will involve providing technical support for server and desktop environments, as well as managing infrastructure components. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving issues and maintaining service levels through effective communication with internal clients.

The position requires minimum 2 years' experience supporting server and desktop environments, understanding of communications networks, and experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1/2 technical support for hardware, network peripherals, mobile devices, etc.
  • Manage TCP/IP networking, information system security principles, and related infrastructure components.
  • Support and administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange servers.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience supporting server and desktop environments (hardware, networking, etc.).
  • Understanding of communications networks.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange servers.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-managed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Benefits

This is a contract position with an initial 6-month contract and possibility of extension. On-site in Mt. Barker/Mannum region. Working with children checks required prior commencement. Supporting schools around the Adelaide Hills region.
