We are currently looking for a full-time sales & customer service professional to join our team.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in ecommerce, providing variety, and casual interaction with customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, dispute resolution abilities, and experience working in the bathroom industry.
This position offers flexibility, competitive pay rates, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting customers with product selection, purchasing, and design advice over the phone.
- Processing quotes, invoices, and orders.
- Industry experience with a deep understanding of bathroom products and tiles.
- A positive attitude with previous customer service experience.
- Strong dispute resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and relevant software.
