Bathroom Sales Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Bathroom Sales Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to work in the luxury bathroom industry, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their bathroom renovation journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Engage Customers: Provide a warm welcome to showroom visitors, showcasing your knowledge of bathroom products and answering any questions they may have.
  • Listen and Respond: Listen attentively to customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all bathroom ranges, including taps, showers, baths, vanities, toilets, and accessories.
  • Quotations and Presentations: Generate and present bathroom quotations, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from consultation to completion.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in a retail sales or showroom sales role, preferably in the bathroom, kitchen, or interior design industry.
  • Skillset: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Passion for Design: A passion for design, home improvement, and customer service.
