Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform account opening activities, manage complex customer inquiries, and ensure seamless referrals to other colleagues.
  • Serve as the branch's trust account expert, provide training, and coach Personal Banking Consultants.
  • Introduce, promote, and assist customers with digital banking solutions.
  • Contribute to fulfilling customer needs by offering personal banking products and services with a customer-centric approach.
  • Effectively manage customer feedback and enquiries via management of the branch's mailbox.
  • Daily maintenance and reconciliation of system audit reports.
  • Support cash custodian under dual control.
  • End-of-day account balancing, updating, and communicating audit requirements to the branch.

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience as Personal Banker or Customer Service Officer with a proven track record in customer excellence.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Clear understanding of value creation within the Premier segment.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking procedures and systems.
  • The desire to develop financial expertise and grow your career.
