About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team responsible for tenure management and coordination across various operations.

You will provide expert advice and assistance during the lifecycle of activities, including planning, design, project implementation, operation, abandonment, and rehabilitation.

The role involves developing processes for compiling technical data to justify regulatory approvals, obtaining and reviewing technical data, and ensuring compliance with tenure conditions and obligations.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on overlapping tenure requirements internally and externally.
  • Developing and implementing procedures for administration and compliance monitoring.
  • Establishing and refining channels of communication with key stakeholders.
  • Undertaking audits for compliance obligations regarding tenures.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in high-volume tenures roles, including compliance and risk identification.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, guiding teams of professionals.
  • Knowledge of petroleum legislation and relevant systems.
  • Tertiary qualification.
