We are seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of our workforce management platform in Sydney, Australia.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management for B2C or B2B SaaS applications, boasting a successful track record of defining, planning, and delivering new solutions.

Key responsibilities include crafting and executing the workforce management platform roadmap, fostering collaboration with customers and stakeholders to understand market needs, partnering with engineering teams to drive agile delivery, and developing innovative product capabilities.

Requirements include expertise in lean and agile development processes, foundational ability to set business requirements and manage backlogs, design centric sensibility, strategic prioritization, and superior analytical skills.

  • Overseeing the Workyard workforce management platform roadmap and execution
  • Analyzing and distilling market needs, as well as strategically determining and driving prioritization
  • Engaging with customers, internal and external stakeholders to understand and analyze customer requirements to develop product roadmaps
  • Collaborating with Engineering teams to drive agile delivery of products
  • Developing new meaningful product capabilities and driving improvements to existing product features that enhance user experiences, expand markets, and drive adoption

The selected candidate will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to drive business growth and user adoption.
