This is a senior role that requires experience in product management, with a strong focus on driving strategic initiatives and delivering results-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and communicating effectively to drive business outcomes.

They will be responsible for owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to rollout and continuous improvement, defining product vision, roadmap, and release plans in alignment with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining product vision, roadmap, and release plans in alignment with business strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and technical upgrades
  • Providing stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in product management within IT, Fintech, or InsurTech environments
  • Proven knowledge of general insurance (broking and underwriting) applied in technology settings
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Fresh Works
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
