Based in the Norwest business park, our client partners with prominent brands and distributes products across Australia.

The organisation offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work options two days a week, with on-site parking available at their head office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.
  • Work with the IT Systems Manager to develop and build reports and data models.
  • Support and improve the ERP system, NetSuite, and propose continuous enhancements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with end-users, vendors, customers, and internal product teams.
  • Liaise with and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Extract data from business datasets and models for report creation.
  • Develop reports using Power BI.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Application Support, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence Analyst roles.
  • Proven experience supporting ERP systems.
  • Exposure to report creation through SSRS or Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
