Work within our Telecommunications Fixed Networks team, making a difference in the way we work

We are seeking a Data Analyst to assist the team to achieve their project outcomes by extracting, analysing and translating data from internal, external systems and field worker reports.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Extract, manipulate and analyse data and proactively communicate and collaborate this with managers and the team
- Ensuring contractual data compliance standards are maintained
- Understand the business areas needs to ensure that data reporting is fit for purpose and provide advice for continuous improvement in data capturing and reporting
- Manage data gathering and prerequisite tasks
- Develop Power Apps, Automate & Power BI Data objects (Datasets/flows/marts)
- Leverage Power platform capabilities to simplify and automate tasks
- Identify user interactions and pursue report enhancements to deliver insights
- Identify and translate business requirements into data requirements
- Work with data engineering team to develop data models
- Work with business to identify data transformation rules to deliver outputs
- Work with business to identify data quality requirements and reporting to manage
- Identify data trends and analysis, presenting with Power BI visuals

**About You**
You will have experience in a similar role ideally with a passion for creating and self learning.

You will also possess:
- Strong within MS Excel with strong capabilities with VBA
- Proven experience creating and development in Power BI
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and logic app development
- Intermediate knowledge of data modelling
- Oracle SQL database experience and AZURE SQL server experience or knowledge
- Python experience (for automation)
- Adaptability and flexibility to work with multiple stakeholders and projects
