Job Title

A high-performing and dedicated Maintenance Coordinator is required to coordinate company-wide maintenance systems, fleet, heavy vehicle compliance, and depot facilities.

About The Role
  • Coordinate national maintenance systems, registers, and reporting
  • Oversee fleet scheduling, heavy vehicle compliance, and service records
  • Manage depot maintenance across multiple sites (electrical, plumbing, fire, security, pest control)
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective services
  • Support WHS compliance by promoting safety and ensuring inspections, toolbox talks, and corrective actions are completed
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records in line with the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme
  • Provide leadership to the maintenance team, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Prepare accurate reports on maintenance and compliance performance

This role requires a strong background in administration, reporting, and compliance, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A minimum of 1 year experience in the Transport and Logistics industry is preferred.
