Care Centre Director

We are a family-owned group of services with over 30 years of experience in early childhood. We prioritise staff wellbeing, believing that when our team is cared for, they provide high-quality care for children.

Main Responsibilities- Lead a centre towards Exceeding National Quality Standards through strategic planning and staff development.
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans to drive excellence in education and care.
- Maintain a strong culture of child safety across the service, adhering to our Child Safety Commitment.
- Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised).
- Experience in staff development and leadership, with a focus on educator wellbeing.
- First Aid/CPR and Working With Children certification.
- Unlimited work rights in Australia.
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks.
