Project Manager

Our organization seeks a seasoned project manager to oversee the delivery of roller compacted concrete projects.

Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of RCC project delivery from pre-construction through close-out, coordinating with estimating and engineering teams during bid and design phases, developing detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans, managing field operations, subcontractors, and material suppliers, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications and tolerances, maintaining compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, providing regular progress updates and reports to leadership and clients, conducting site inspections and resolving technical issues as they arise, fostering strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and regulatory agencies, tracking and managing project costs and change orders, and mentoring and supervising project engineers and field staff.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience managing heavy civil or concrete paving projects
  • Direct experience with roller compacted concrete projects is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, placement methods, and equipment (e.g., pavers, rollers, curing systems)
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, HCSS)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
