As a seasoned export professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless sea freight operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include managing client and shipment communications, complying with local regulatory requirements, and thoroughly managing and completing shipping documentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multinational freight forwarding company based in Melbourne, leaders in moving various cargo and priding themselves on quality service. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of export sea freight operations and customer service.

Your skills and experience should include:

  • Export sea freight operations experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • High level communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Experience in processing and completing all shipping documents
  • CargoWise knowledge and experience
