Data Center Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within our data centers. This includes ensuring overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations.
You will collaborate with teams across various departments to deliver high standards of safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for customers. You will also experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure, ensuring high-quality work is performed without impact to internal/external customers.
- Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians in all facets of their career.
- Engage in improvement projects, often requiring reaching out to various support teams, and drive them from conception to completion.
- Coordinate daily with third-party vendors ensuring adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements.
- Effectively and efficiently manage operational budgets and expenditures.
- Operate as the after-hours on-call Data Center Facility Manager for the data centers in the region.
- Respond to any issues within the data centers and manage the investigation, mitigation, and recovery of the issue(s).
