Are you looking for the next step in your career? Would you like to learn more about the concrete industry? An opportunity exists at Hanson for a full-time Plant Supervisor/Batcher.

**About the role**:

- Lead a team of up to 8
- Be in charge of getting our concrete out of the plant and to our customers
- We will teach you how to batch, if you haven't done this before
- Most days will start between 4am and 6am and you can do up to and over 10 hours per day. Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime rates
- We pay a base rate and once you go past your regular hours in one day the first two after that will be at time and a half. If you do more than 2 hours overtime in a day, you go to double time. Meal allowances are generally paid after 10 hours in one shift

**To be successful you will need**:

- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong commitment to learning
- Absolute commitment to safety
- Strong mechanical aptitude & strong computer skills
- HR License with good driving history
- Positive attitude & customer focus
- Good communication & customer service skills
- Ability to work, as part of a team
- Current FEL license would be beneficial
