Psychologist Private Practice Opportunity

Psychology: Leading Group is a reputable and established clinic providing psychology services to individuals across the lifespan. Our team of experienced psychologists supports families using a collaborative approach that encourages and empowers personal strength.
The RoleWe are seeking a fully registered Psychologist (with AHPRA) to join our multidisciplinary team. Experience working with children is necessary for this role, and experience with autistic individuals is highly regarded. Endorsement in Educational and Developmental Psychology or Clinical Psychology would be advantageous but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Provide counseling and formal psychology assessments to clients
- Conduct assessments using tools such as the ADOS-2, WISC-V, WIAT-III, etc.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Participate in regular group supervision and individual supervision
- Contribute to the development of the clinic's policies and procedures
- Full AHPRA registration
- Police check (or prepared to obtain this)
- Own public liability insurance
- Own ABN (or prepared to obtain this)
- Medicare provider number (or prepared to obtain this)
- Working With Children Check
- Current driver's license (highly desirable but not essential)
- Good interpersonal skills and a team spirit
- A friendly and supportive team environment
- Regular group supervision and individual supervision
- Full administrative support so you can focus on clinical care
- A strong referral base
- Working alongside senior clinicians and opportunities for career development
- Access to the resource library, including a number of psychometric assessments
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team
