About the Role

The Reece Group is a leading international company with exceptional values and customer focus. As a School-based Trainee, you will be working towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a Reece branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy workplace

About You:

We are looking for students with good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a positive attitude. You should be a team player, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
