Job Description:

We have a part-time administrative role available. The applicant must be committed, hardworking, able to multitask and time efficient. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, communication, executive assistance, and clerical tasks on a day-to-day basis.

This is a hybrid role for an Administration Assistant. The role is based in Mount Crosby, QLD, with some work from home flexibility.

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing support, handling phone calls, communication, executive assistance, and clerical tasks on a day-to-day basis.

This role is perfect for someone looking to work in a variety of jobs including company administration, reception, customer service, or general office duties.

Hours are flexible between 20 to 30 hours per week, start 9:30 am, flexible finish time, Monday to Thursday flexible. Suit school hour starts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Administrative Assistance skills

- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities

- Clerical Skills

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Experience in a similar role is a plus

- Relevant certification or diploma in Administration or related field

Additionally, proficiency in software such as Xero, Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and Windows is preferred but not required.
