Product Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimise downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment running efficiently and safely.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and develop new methods to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Lead training sessions to improve the technical skills of the service team.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment and encourage open communication and teamwork.
Requirements

Required skills include proficiency in CMMS/WMS/WCS and industry-related software. Experience with automated systems and strong electro-mechanical skills are also necessary. Skilled in mechanical/electrical fault-finding and rectification, including field devices and mechanical components. Customer-oriented to minimise disruptions and ensure client satisfaction.
