Job Title: BMS Project ManagerJob Description:
  • Deliver Complex Projects: Manage project scope, time, and cost baselines to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Develop Detailed Plans: Create detailed project plans, including cost forecasts, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
  • Maintain High-Level Communication: Maintain high-level communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Review and Manage Risks: Review and manage project risks, resources, and budget.
  • Collaborate with Suppliers: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
  • Strong project management skills, certified in PMP and/or Prince2.
  • Knowledge of BMS controls and HVAC systems.
  • Experience working on healthcare and hospital projects.
  • Minimum 5+ years in a similar role.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to meet client technical requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in construction or allied services.
