We are now looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our team

**A little about the opportunity..**

You will assist the Group Beverage & Dining Manager and Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead and train a passionate team in all areas of food & beverage operations and provide the highest level of customer service. You will also be tasked with driving and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and overseeing daily operations whilst assisting in the management of wage costs, revenue and profitability of the various F&B outlets.

**Who are we looking for?**

Someone who
- Is hands-on, loves customer service and has a keen eye for detail
- Has previous leadership/people management experience
- Available to work weekdays & weekends on a rotating roster as per business needs
- Knowledgeable working with POS systems
- Excited about supervising, training and leading future hospitality super stars
- Well presented with strong attention to detail
- Experienced with maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, stock ordering, stocktaking
- Fully vaccinated against covid19
