Digital Fundraising Manager

This is a newly created full-time, permanent role in Gold Coast, QLD. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make their mark in a growing area of focus for an esteemed organisation.

About the Role:

The Digital Fundraising Manager will report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for overseeing the growth of the single-giving program in this fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital acquisition strategies to drive fundraising income
- Support multiple events throughout the year, including digital appeals, virtual events, and community fundraising events
- Be the main point of contact with agency partners for all digital campaigns
- Drive single-giving digital campaigns to generate leads and acquisition
- Author the donor care journey for single-care giving, ensuring excellence in every interaction and cultivating strong relationships
- Maintain accurate record keeping in the CRM to generate accurate reporting and prepare data for campaigns

Requirements:

- Previous experience in digital marketing and/or raising fundraising revenue through digital channels in a not-for-profit or agency
- Stakeholder and supplier management skills to ensure each campaign is delivered to approved standards
- Relevant technology skills to prepare presentations and analyse data to construct reports
- A passion for fundraising and interest in working for a purpose-driven organisation
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
