ELECTRICIAN SUPERVISOR ROLE

As a seasoned electrical leader, you will oversee a team of skilled electricians and coordinate the smooth operation of all electrical work on Hamilton Island.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the electrical team, ensuring safety, quality and compliance across all tasks.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintenance and emergency work.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on white goods, AV systems, motors and pumps.
  • Maintain and install light and power systems for the resort, staff accommodation and concessionaires.
  • Maintain and install commercial kitchen appliances.
  • Prioritise urgent repairs to ensure guest comfort and safety.
  • Accurately record labour hours, materials and requisition information.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, safe and roadworthy.
  • Prepare work rosters and check time sheets for accuracy.
  • Assist other trades as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Maintain effective communication through briefings and meetings.
